(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department- Amman) – Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah paid a surprise visit to Um Al Summaq Al Shamali Secondary School for Girls and Khalda Secondary School for Girls to check up on the two public schools in Amman today. The visit comes as part of Her Majesty’s ongoing efforts to follow up on the educational process across the kingdom at the start of the new scholastic year.

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department-Al Karak) Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah paid a visit to the Governorate of Al Karak today, where she marked the official commencement of projects under the Jordan River Foundation (JRF) Comprehensive Development Initiative. Her Majesty met with representatives of community based organizations (CBOs) that are taking part in the initiative and also visited Al Karak Children’s Club.

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department- Northern Mazaar) Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah visited the Habaka charitable society in Northern Mazaar today, where she checked up on the progress of the Habitat for Humanity housing project in the area. Accompanied by, Jabr Al Omari, Head of the Society, Her Majesty toured the Habaka society facilities including the sewing room, the kindergarten, and fitness rooms. The Queen received a brief on the services the society provides to the residents of Habaka and villages and towns across the Northern Mazaar Area.

(Office of Her Majesty – Press Department- Ajloun) –Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah paid a visit to the town of Anjara in the Governorate of Ajloun. Her Majesty’s visit to the area included a tour of a local school and a charitable association.

(Office of Her Majesty – Press Department- Amman) – Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah made a visit to Mabarrat Um Al Hussein orphanage today in Amman, where she met with groups of orphans, caregivers and Al Aman Fund beneficiaries and applicants. Chaired by HRH Princess Basma Bint Talal, Mabarrat Um Al Hussein was founded in 1958, by Her late Majesty Queen Zain Al Sharaf.

(Office of Her Majesty – Press Department- Amman) –Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah made a visit to Marj Al Hamam Sunday, visiting the local women’s association and visiting local shops and businesses.
Upon Her arrival at Marj Al Hamam Women’s Association, Her Majesty was received by Mrs. Maha Habraq, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mrs. Nisreen Daghmas, Director of the Association.
The Queen toured the association’s facilities, including the tailor’s shop and the beauty Salon.

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department- Amman) – Her Majesty Queen Rania al Abdullah made a visit today to the Empowerment for University Women Association where she met with its board members, general assembly and beneficiaries.
Her Majesty was briefed by Nuha Ma’aytah, Chairwoman of the association, on its mandate, activities and achievements, including their latest initiative; erasing illiteracy and capacity building project which is mainly funded by UNESCO. This project is currently being implemented in Al Mafraq Governorate in cooperation with several local associations.

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department- Irbid) – Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah paid a visit to Al Taibeh in the Governorate of Irbid today, to check up on Community Centers Association (CCA) projects and inaugurate the New Taibeh Municipality Library and Park.
Upon Her arrival at Al Taibeh Association for Women, Her Majesty was received by Dr. Sari Nasser, Chairman of the Community Centers Association; Dr. Firyal Saleh, Director of Community Centers Association and Mrs. Nahla Qur’an, Director of the Association.

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department- Amman) – Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah paid a visit to the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) center in Marka today where she met with beneficiaries and witnessed new methods adopted by VTC. The Queen checked up on the Center’s latest programs and partnerships, aimed at providing youth with new skill sets that give them the opportunity to explore new careers in unconventional fields.

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department- Amman) - Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah paid a visit to the town of Sakeb in the Governorate of Jerash today. During the visit, Her Majesty stopped by Darb Al Sifsaf Charitable Society to check on their latest programs serving the local community, and visited Sakeb Secondary school for girls.
Her Majesty toured the society’s facilities including the center for people with disabilities and the society’s kindergarten and pre- school where she visited with teachers and kids.
