(Office of Her Majesty - Press department- Zarqa) During a visit to Al Zarqa governorate today, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah dropped in on the Family Awareness and Guidance Center, one of the most active and effective community based organizations working in the area.

Queen Rania Joins Madrasati Ramadan Activities

(Office of Her Majesty – Press Department- Jerash) – Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah visited Aleimoun Elementary School for Boys in Jerash on Sunday to check on the different Madrasati initiative Ramadan community activities in the school. The school was chosen to host the activities due to its central location to gather students from across the governorate and allow access to as many community members as possible.

Queen Rania at the Launch of the National Program for Organic Farming

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department- Amman)  Her Majesty Queen Rania, on Monday, inaugurated the National Program for Organic Farming held under the Patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II in an effort to promote a sustainable approach to organic agricultural development across the Kingdom.

In line with His Majesty King Abdullah II's announcement of 2009 as the “Year of Agriculture,” the National Program for Organic Farming encourages the adoption of organic farming as a possible alternative for the diversification of production among small farmers.

Queen Rania Visits Local Community Organizations in Madaba

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department - AMMAN) Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah visited local community organizations in the Governorate of Madaba, and was briefed on various development efforts that go hand-in-hand with her initiatives meeting the needs and aspirations of the Jordanian citizen.

The Queen's first stop was the Madaba Secondary School for Girls, where she inspected its recently-built computer laboratory.
