(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department-Amman) Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah met with two teachers today who won the top prize in the category of “extended learning beyond the classroom” at the 8th Annual Microsoft Partners In Learning Global Forum, held in the Czech Republic capital Prague.

Her Majesty congratulated the teachers on their win and applauded their creativity and hard work that won them the prestigious honor.

(Office of Her Majesty – Press Department – Washington, D.C.) - In the keynote address at the 8th Annual Global Philanthropy Forum Conference in Washington D.C., Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah on Wednesday stated that “the need for global philanthropy is more urgent than ever before.”

Youth are the voice for change, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah said Wednesday, stressing that Jordanian youth can significantly contribute to the building of a better future of their country through participation in dialogue and exchange of ideas.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the four-day UNICEF Regional Youth Forum, Queen Rania also said Palestinian youth share the same aspirations and ambitions of youth across the world and will to chart a better future for themselves and their people, despite the difficult conditions they are currently enduring.
