ما من أحد أجدر بحمل مسؤولية تربية وتعليم الأجيال ممن اختار أن يتعلّم لأجل أن يعلم. ممن تركت حضن بيتها خارج عمان لتلتزم بحضور الصفوف. ممن يخرج من بيته قبل بزوغ الشمس ليتمكن من أساليب التخطيط للحصص، ووضع أمثلة لاستخدامات الرياضيات في الحياة العملية، وتهيئة بيئة صفية تحثّ الطالب على التساؤل والتعلم. هذا هو الطموح، وهذا هو أساس المواطنة، وهذه هي القيم التي تريدها سيدنا لبناة المستقبل. المعلمون هم جندك سيدنا، وها هم اليوم يتسلحون بالعلم والعزيمة لينشئوا أجيالا تمشي بثقة وتنتصر على تحديات الأزمنة. من كلمتي اليوم خلال افتتاح المبنى الجديد لأكاديمية تدريب المعلمين بحضور وتحت رعاية جلالة الملك
