King departs for Italy to attend Pope’s funeral

(Royal Hashemite Court – Media and Communications Directorate) - His Majesty King Abdullah II, accompanied by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, departed for Italy on Friday to attend the funeral of Pope Francis, which will be held at the Vatican on Saturday.
His Royal Highness Prince Feisal bin Al Hussein was sworn in as Regent, in the presence of Cabinet members.
